Qi's Equilibrium

Qi’s Equilibrium represents the balance between good and evil. Inspired by Ying Yang, Rorschach Experiment 1 by Eric Wayne and Starry Night. The symbol surrounded by the brighter colours is a representation of the Vitruvian man and represents humanity while the symbol on the top right is a bundle of snakes which are biblically evil. The painting represents the balance and flow of good and evil in our world. Evil and humanity are at a constant push, pull and mix. Humanity is inherently good, but as it grows, it can be turned and twisted by evil. As a non-representational painting, the meaning is very subjective and can mean something entirely else to different viewers.
